We require a deposit to block the day and time you are requesting. This deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE for any reason.

If there is any confusion, reach-out. We're happy to help, but we can not give you a refund. We can often place the deposit on a gift card for future use, but it is non-refundable, non-transferable (you cant sell it).

Please make sure you are scheduling what your artist, or the front desk, asked you to schedule; or that you know what you are doing… and that you are prepared to make it to the shop for the time and date you are requesting.
