We are looking for someone who may eventually work into a Managerial position. Consultation/Sales experience: interacting with people with the goal of enhancing their experience, and find out what would make their tattoo experience the best it possibly can be is what we need.

Marketing on Social Media - Regular Posting and general Social Media Experience is part of the job
Decent Photography skills (on a phone is fine) Actual Photography Skills with Editing skills a plus.
An award winning Out-Going personality required.

Location: On-Site - 6657 S. State St. Murray, UT
Compensation: Hourly -or- Salary (based on experience) Base Salary plus Commission!
+ tips, paid consultations, and potential for free tattoos and support to grow and learn in support of the shop.
Hours: This is a full-time Position. Flexible; part-time with Weekend coverage possible or the right person.
We are open weekends, and when others are off work. We cater to our clients availability.

About the Role:
Aloha Tattoos is more than a tattoo shop—we’re a creative hub that celebrates art, culture, and community. We're looking for a Front Desk & Client Experience Specialist to be the welcoming face of our shop and the bridge between clients and artists. This position is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and enjoys balancing customer service with light sales, social media management, and shop operations.
We are a busy shop, and theres always something to do, or a client that needs some direction, or a snack. your main goal is to support these clients through the process, and help the artists make the experience the best it can be.
if you’re looking for a sit around and do nothing job, this isn’t the one for you. We like to enjoy helping our clients get the perfect tattoo, and you will be a big part of that from day 1.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Booking:
Greet clients warmly in person, via phone, and through text.
Answer standard tattoo and shop-related questions.
Manage bookings and modifications through our Scheduling and Communications software.
Book and facilitate client consultations, ensuring artists have all necessary details.
Encourage clients to book tattoos they already want—no hard sales, just helpful guidance.
Follow up with clients post-appointment and request positive reviews based on their experience.
Shop Operations:
Open and close the shop, including disarming alarms, setting up music, and cleaning.
Keep artist stations and tattoo supplies stocked as necessary
Handle daily communications across email, Instagram, Facebook, OpenPhone (text/calls), and other platforms.
Maintain shop cleanliness throughout the day, including client areas and restrooms.
Light Sales & Upselling:
Support artists by guiding clients through the booking process.
Help clients navigate consultations, deposits, and aftercare product purchases.
Ensure clients feel valued, heard, and excited about their tattoo experience.
Social Media Management:
Create and post 1–3 Instagram stories daily to showcase shop culture, tattoos, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Post 2–10 reels or feed posts per week featuring artists’ work and shop atmosphere.
Reply promptly to social media messages during shop hours.
Use LightRoom, video editing software, and digital cameras for content creation (experience is a plus but can be taught).
Marketing (Growth Positions, or Qualified Candidates)
Website Maintenance and Upkeep - for the right individuals
Blog Creation and Posting
Promotional email creation and distribution
Community Outreach and Events
Community and Charitable Donations Management
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, approachable, and low-drama personality.
Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable.
The ability to talk to clients, understand their wants and needs, and direct them to the best solutions with the right artist. then follow them through the process to ensure they are getting what they need at each step.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with iPhones, Acuity Scheduling, OpenPhone, Instagram/Facebook, and email.
Ability to maintain a calm, client-centric atmosphere while multitasking.
Interest in photography, video editing, and social media (bonus).
